On 28 December 2025, we at Immo Monte organized and successfully held an international presentation on investment and real estate in Dubai at the Princess Hotel in Bar.

Together with our partners and in front of an international audience, we presented Dubai as one of the most attractive, secure, lucrative and economically stable investment destinations in the world.

The event focused on the transparent presentation of the framework conditions, advantages and real opportunities of real estate investments in Dubai. We showed how simple, structured and secure investments can be implemented in Dubai today.

A central part of the presentation was the presentation of our current projects LAGUNA Residences and DO, which we are realizing in close cooperation with our partner One Development in Dubai. Both projects are in an ideal, extremely central location, with both the international airport and numerous attractions in the immediate vicinity, making them particularly attractive for both owner-occupiers and investors.

The apartment sizes start at around 40 m² and range up to exclusive units of up to 340 m². On offer are studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as high-quality penthouses, some with a private pool on their own terrace. The projects thus cover a broad spectrum – from compact entry-level investments to exclusive premium living space.

The high technological standard is particularly noteworthy:

The buildings are designed to be fully AI-supported. All functions such as air conditioning, lighting, electrical systems, security and camera technology can be controlled centrally and conveniently via smartphone. In addition, the integrated AI system learns individual usage behavior, recognizes when and to what extent certain functions are used and independently adjusts processes to optimally control comfort, efficiency and energy consumption.

The LAGUNA Residences project also sets strong accents in the areas of lifestyle and quality of life. Among other things, the complex has two modern fitness studios on a total of three floors as well as around 40 different leisure, sports and recreational facilities for adults and children.

We also talked about the significant tax advantages when buying real estate in Dubai, which make Dubai a particularly investor-friendly location in international comparison. In addition, Dubai offers state-guaranteed security for investors through the RERA Institute (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Dubai is also one of the safest cities in the world with a high level of political and economic stability.

• No real estate transfer tax as in Europe
  Instead, only a one-off registration fee of approx. 4 % to the Dubai Land Department
• No income tax on rental income
• No capital gains tax on sales profits
• No speculation tax and no speculation period
• No wealth tax on real estate ownership
• No land or property tax
• No inheritance or gift tax (civil law regulations must be observed)
• No VAT on residential properties (exceptions for commercial use or certain new construction constellations)

These conditions make Dubai one of the most investor-friendly real estate markets in the world.
