Good advice right from the start. Senad and Julia made videos on topics such as buying real estate, setting up a company and opening a bank account, which answered my initial questions and the order in which it makes sense to proceed. Senad and Julia accompanied me on the property search. They were patient and helpful until I found my dream property. They also helped me linguistically (Serbian), emotionally (through their trusting manner) and professionally with the bureaucratic process of setting up a company and opening a bank account. My wife and I have been interested in buying a property in Montenegro for a very long time. The country and the people fascinated us on our first trip there.   Hier ist man bestens aufgehoben! Ich habe meine Auswanderung selbst organisiert und bin durch Unachtsamkeit auf Probleme gestoßen, die mir zu dem Zeitpunkt kaum noch lösbar schienen. Bei der Suche nach Informationen zu meinem Fall bin ich zufällig auf die Webseite von Immo Monte gestoßen und habe auf gut Glück Senad kontaktiert. Erfreulicherweise bekam ich recht schnell eine Antwort. Nach telefonischer Erläuterung meiner Situation wusste man mir zu helfen, erklärte mir das weitere Vorgehen und leitete mich umgehend an die richtigen Stellen weiter, um alles korrekt zu klären. Selbst wenn ich selbst gewusst hätte, wie und was zu tun wäre, hätte ich das Ganze niemals so schnell geregelt bekommen, wie es dank Senads Hilfe möglich war. Auch im persönlichen Gespräch war ich überzeugt, auf einen sehr hilfsbereiten Kontakt gestoßen zu sein, auf dessen Expertise und Netzwerk ich vertrauen kann.   Mit dem klaren Ziel, innerhalb von einer Woche in Montenegro ein Grundstück am Meer zu kaufen, sind wir nach Bar gereist. In einem intensiven Erstgespräch wurden unsere Wünsche und Erwartungen aufgenommen. Bereits am nächsten Tag wurden wir zu passenden Grundstücken geführt. Innerhalb weniger Tage war das Grundstück gefunden und die erforderlichen bürokratischen Dinge erledigt! Besonders gut haben uns die sehr transparente Beschreibung von Vor-Nachteilen der gezeigten Grundstücke, die schnelle Abwicklung und die Erklärung der örtlichen Gegebenheiten  gefallen .   Unsere Reise nach Montenegro im Oktober 2025 begann mit der Suche nach einem Haus – und führte uns zu Immo Monte. Schon der erste Kontakt mit Lutz war außergewöhnlich herzlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Vor Ort in Bar wurden wir von Lutz und Senad bestens beraten – kompetent, aufmerksam und mit viel Herz. Trotz unserer eigenen langjährigen Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich haben wir selten so engagierte Makler erlebt. Wir haben uns schnell in einen Grundstück verliebt und befinden uns nun in der Bauplanung mit dem Architekten von Immo Monte – inklusive schlüsselfertiger Begleitung.   Auf der Suche nach Möglichkeiten zum Auswandern sind wir auf die YouTube-Videos der Firma Immo Monte d.o.o. und deren Team aufmerksam geworden. Schon dabei entstand ein erstes gutes Gefühl – sowohl in den Ort Bar als auch in die Menschen hinter dem Unternehmen. Als wir dann im März 2025 erstmals vor Ort waren, fühlte sich vieles erstaunlich vertraut an, fast so, als würde man sich schon kennen. Was danach folgte, hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. In den vergangenen rund neun Monaten wurden wir Schritt für Schritt begleitet: Firmengründung, Grundstückskauf, Hausbau-Planung und Aufenthaltsgenehmigung – alles lief strukturiert, transparent und mit unglaublich viel Engagement. Heute stehen wir kurz vor dem Baubeginn und blicken mit großer Dankbarkeit auf diesen Weg zurück. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Senad, Julia, Lutz, Janet, Enesa und Eki. Dieses Team arbeitet nicht nur hochprofessionell, sondern auch menschlich auf Augenhöhe. Es ging nie um schnelle Abschlüsse, sondern immer darum, dass wir uns sicher fühlen und die richtigen Entscheidungen treffen. Aus der Zusammenarbeit sind mit der Zeit echte Freundschaften entstanden, was in dieser Branche alles andere als selbstverständlich ist.
