My wife and I have been interested in buying a property in Montenegro for a very long time. The country and the people fascinated us on our first trip there. We did a lot of research on the internet about buying a property in Montenegro. Unfortunately, we always came across very pushy people who just wanted to do their business. They can help with setting up a company, obtaining a residence permit, opening a bank account and much more. Without this service, many things in Montenegro would be much more difficult or even impossible if you don't speak the local language. Senad and Julia made videos on topics such as buying real estate, setting up a company and opening a bank account, which answered my initial questions and the order in which it makes sense to proceed.
