New Year’s greetings 2026 – a new video is online

With the start of the new year, we would like to give you a brief outlook – and at the same time refer you to our latest video, in which we cover many topics in much more detail in much more detail.

2025 was the year for us and for the real estate market in Montenegro an eventful year. Changes to the law, adjustments and, in some cases, withdrawals have caused uncertainty, but have also shown how important experience, classification and realistic advice are. In the video, we talk openly about what has actually proved successful – and what has remained theoretical.

The real estate market itself has also evolved: stable, more selective and generally more professional. Montenegro remains interesting, but decisions are being made more consciously. We also explain why this is the case and what trends we see for 2026 directly in the video.

Another important point is our own developments and partnerships. We are particularly pleased about the close cooperation with Monte i More and with Lutz and Janetwho actively support us and enrich our work in many areas.

We also talk about our cooperation with the tourism organization and the positive developments in the north of the country – in Rožaje. The region is becoming increasingly important, both in terms of tourism and sustainable real estate and location development.
