Our new office in Rožaje - in the north of Montenegro
We are pleased to announce that we have opened a new office in Rožaje in the north of Montenegro! We are proud to be the first real estate agency to set up shop in this region – a move that is particularly close to our hearts as Rožaje is Senad’s home. Our presence in Rožaje allows us to work even more closely with the local community and gives us the opportunity to be there for you locally.
Our new office in Rožaje is already operational, even if it is not yet fully furnished. Some of our employees from the head office in Bar will temporarily support the team in Rožaje to make the process as smooth as possible for you. We also work with an experienced notary in the region to ensure that all the usual steps involved in buying a property are carried out just as professionally and reliably as in our main branch in Bar.
Every day we receive new offers for properties and houses from the surrounding area, as the local population has become curious about us and presents us with numerous properties that they would like to sell. We are working hard to implement the usual routine that we have established in Bar for years in Rožaje as well. This includes carefully sorting and preparing the incoming offers and putting them online promptly so that interested parties can get a first impression of the properties in advance.

Our office is located directly opposite the supermarket “Voli” on the main road/ main street, which leads directly through the town of Rožaje, on the left-hand side as you enter the town. Parking is available directly in front of the building.
