We have made a short video about the Štedim-Hajla ski resort in Rožaje. The lift system is under construction and there will be three slopes. Opposite the ski resort, investors are already planning a few hotel complexes. Take a look at the video, where Senad tells us a little about the ski resort.

As we have already mentioned, those who are currently looking to invest in resorts and the like in the area still have some advantages – especially price advantages. Prices will of course rise, at the very latest as soon as the ski resort opens.

The region there is not only attractive because of the modern ski resort that is being built. The number of tourists in northern Montenegro is also increasing due to the hiking routes, for example.
