Why Dubai is exciting for us

It may come as a surprise to many: We are now also brokering real estate in Dubai.
For us, however, this step is by no means surprising – rather, it is the logical consequence of a long-standing interest and our own investments in this dynamic market.

Nowadays, it has become common practice to diversify your investments. Whether precious metals, ETFs, cryptocurrencies or real estate – smart investing means not putting all your eggs in one basket. This is precisely why we have also expanded our own portfolio and opted for real estate in Dubai.

We have been observing the real estate market in Dubai for years and still consider it to be extremely up-and-coming and profitable. Dubai is expanding rapidly, focusing on visionary urban development and thus creating an environment in which investors can find attractive opportunities – sometimes even with very high returns if you know how and where to invest.

From Montenegro to Dubai – breaking new ground

In the course of these developments, various property developers from Dubai have approached us in recent months and asked us whether we would like to present and broker their projects in the Balkan region and in Germany. After careful consideration, we decided: yes, we would.

Not only because we are convinced of the opportunities, but also because we only recommend to our customers what we ourselves can represent with a clear conscience. The market in Dubai is of course different from that in Montenegro or the Balkans. But it is precisely this difference that makes it exciting: a different pace, a different dynamic – and yet just as much potential for long-term as short-term profit.

So why not combine Montenegro’s opportunities with those of Dubai or the entire United Arab Emirates?
