The exterior is like new, the roof and façade are immaculate. You can see the interior of the house in the video/room tour. Here you could install new kitchens or bathrooms, floors or ceiling coverings – depending on your wishes and ideas. There is one kitchen and one bathroom per floor. The floors are connected by a staircase. There are roof terraces & balconies on both the first floor and the upper floor.

The garden is very well maintained, there are many fruit trees on the property around the house – orange, plum, mandarin, orange, lemon trees, grapes and also palm trees. The access to the house is also impeccable – concreted and there is a separate driveway to the house with a gate.

We would still like to add one important piece of information: Montenegro is in the process of applying to become a member of the EU. So it is still possible to get land “cheaply” here. As soon as Montenegro joins the EU, prices will rise immediately, as has already happened in other countries.

So if you buy a property or plot of land in Montenegro at the moment, it will increase in value as soon as the country joins the EU. What’s more, there is probably nowhere else on the Adriatic coast where land is as “cheap” as here in Montenegro.
