These are two urbanized building plots located directly next to each other. These building plots are located slightly uphill in the town of Bar. You have a wonderful view over the city of Bar to the harbor of Bar and the wide sea.
Both adjacent building plots are connected to the municipal water and sewage system. The two building plots also have an electricity connection. From there you have a wonderful view over the city and the harbor of Bar and of course a wide view over the sea and the mountains.
As can be seen in the video, there is access – the entire route is concreted and accessible by any car.
The plots belong to two different owners. The building plots are each approx. 1,500 m² in size and cost 45,000 euros (rear building plot) and 55,000 euros (front building plot) – i.e. a total of approx. 100,000 euros.
We would still like to add one important piece of information:
Montenegro is a candidate to become a member of the EU. So it is still possible to get land “cheaply” here. As soon as Montenegro joins the EU, prices will rise immediately, as has already happened in other countries. So if you buy a property or plot of land in Montenegro at the moment, it will increase in value as soon as the country joins the EU. What’s more, there is probably nowhere else on the Adriatic coast where land is as “cheap” as here in Montenegro.
