This large house is located in Ulcinj, in a mountain location on the Montenegrin coast. It consists of 3 floors – there is one apartment per floor, each with its own entrance. The sea is only 10 minutes away and a beautiful sandy beach awaits you in Ulcinj.
The house offers a total living space of approx. 540 m² – the plot is 840 m² in size. The apartments are beautifully designed. They each offer several rooms, each with its own balcony. There are 2 bathrooms per floor/per apartment. We have attached the floor plans below so that you can take a closer look at the rooms.
The apartment on the top floor offers a very large roof terrace with an incredible view – the view from up here is really outstanding – you can see over the town of Ulcinj, the mountains and all the way to the sea. It is one of the last houses up there on the mountain, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. You even have the opportunity to go hiking in the hinterland.
Water and sewage are provided, the house is connected to the municipal water and sewage system. Inside, the house is still under construction – some work, such as plastering the walls and laying the floors, still needs to be done. However, high-quality windows and doors are already installed. The windows are double-glazed and have built-in window grilles for sliding up and down.
The exterior of the house has been plastered, some concrete work is still outstanding and the garden still needs to be planned and executed as desired.
The town of Ulcinj offers everything you need for shopping and living in many different ways. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants and a green weekly market where you can always buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
Ulcinj is close to the border with Albania and Lake Skadar – both are always worth a visit! The beaches of Ulcinj are very popular because they are sandy beaches. Many beaches in Montenegro are stone beaches, Ulcinj offers sandy beaches.
