This charming bungalow is being built in the classic Montenegrin architectural style—a harmonious blend of natural stone and wood. The load-bearing structure consists of a wooden stud frame combined with natural stone walls, which feature white mortar joints on two sides. The building stands on a solid concrete foundation slab that is protected against rising damp by special insulation.
Interior Design & Materials
The floors in the bedrooms are made of high-quality wood, while the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and guest restroom feature modern tile flooring. Electric floor heating provides pleasant warmth in the bedrooms. In addition, the entire house is heated by efficient infrared heaters. Plans also call for the installation of a fireplace in the kitchen—to create a particularly cozy atmosphere.
Kitchen & Plumbing
The kitchen will be equipped with high-quality, functional fixtures—and the customer will have the opportunity to help shape the design and incorporate their individual preferences. Plumbing fixtures are not included in the purchase price but can be delivered and professionally installed once the customer has made their selection.
Roof Construction & Insulation

Construction has already been completed, and the first full season of operation is scheduled for the winter of 2026.
