For rent are two apartments in a house in the district Polje in the city of Bar. The house has 3 floors, the two apartments are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the house. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, mountain view and a little sea view. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the door. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes by car to the sea.
It is rented furnished. There is a roof terrace and balcony.
Apartment 1 on the 2nd floor: 58 m² living space, 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom – 400 euros per month
Apartment 2 on the 3rd floor: 62 m² living space, 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom – 450 euros per month
Rental costs: Apartment 1: 400 euros per month; Apartment 2: 450 euros per month
Service charges: electricity, water, waste disposal according to consumption; you must provide your own internet
Minimum rental period: 1 year

We charge an agency commission, which usually amounts to one month’s rent and is usually paid by the landlord.

A long-term rental alone is not sufficient to obtain a residence permit in Montenegro. Without this permit, a stay of up to three months is permitted. For longer stays, it is necessary to apply for a residence permit.
