The house has a floor area of approx. 120 m² and has its own well so that you have your own mountain water supply and are self-sufficient. An electricity pole has already been installed on the plot, so that the electricity only needs to be connected and the house will then also be supplied with electricity.

The previous owner has already carried out some renovation work on the house. You can see in the video that the roof has already been redone. In addition, the floor slab of the house has also been renewed. The false ceiling has been removed and would have to be renewed, and new windows would have to be installed or possibly enlarged if desired.

The nearest town (Dobra Voda) and the nearest beach are approx. 1,500 m away from here – so it’s not far. It is also not far from the town of Ulcinj, where you will find a beautiful sandy beach and everything you need for shopping.
