The Hotel Per Astra is located in the small baroque town of Perast, which is under UNESCO protection. It is 13 km from Kotor, 22 km from Tivat Airport and 55 km from Dubrovnik Airport.

In terms of capacity, 6 of them have a double bed (200 x 200) + a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed (150 x 190) and their capacity is 2+2.
The other 5 apartments are equipped with a double bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
The maximum capacity of the hotel is 34 people without a crib.
The Hotel Per Astra was built in 2008 (completion in 2009) and the first year of operation was 2010.
The Hotel Per Astra consists of 2 buildings, a smaller and a larger house, with a total area of 969 m2.
The large house consists of a first floor (which consists of a reception, an office with a smaller apartment – a room, a restaurant, a kitchen and a laundry room) with an area of 198.74 m2 and 3 floors with apartments with a total area of 574.10 m2 (on the first two floors there are 6 apartments and on the third floor 2 apartments). The total area of the larger house is 795 m2.
The small house consists of a first floor and 3 floors. There is a wellness center on the first floor which, together with the hallway, has an area of 63.72 m2.
In the small house there is 1 apartment on each floor and 3 apartments have a total area of 206.85 m2, which together with the first floor gives the total area of the small house of 270.57 m2.
