For rent is a house with 2 apartments (first floor and 1st floor 1 apartment each) of 330 m². The apartments are 65 m² each, have 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There are parking spaces directly in front of the house, a large terrace, garden, air conditioning, mountain views. It is 5 minutes by car to the sea and 5 minutes on foot to the nearest supermarket. Pets are allowed.
Rental costs: 800 euros per month for the entire house
Minimum rental period: 6 months
Service charges: electricity, water, waste disposal according to consumption; you must provide your own internet connection

1: Tenancy agreements with a notary
Tenancy agreements are usually concluded with a notary, which offers both the tenant and the landlord additional security and advantages.

We charge an agency commission, which usually amounts to one month’s rent and is usually paid by the landlord.

6: Support with brokerage and viewings
We view the rental properties together with you and also provide linguistic support in mediating between tenant and landlord.
Our employees speak German and Montenegrin, and an interpreter can be called in if required.

8: Residence permit in Montenegro
A long-term rental alone is not sufficient to obtain a residence permit in Montenegro. Without this permit, a stay of up to three months is permitted. For longer stays, it is necessary to apply for a residence permit.

As it is not possible for us to keep the prices of all properties up to date at all times, it is possible that the prices stated may no longer correspond to the current status. We ask for your understanding that we are not in a position to contact all landlords on a regular basis in order to request price adjustments for a large number of properties.
