1: Tenancy agreements with a notary
Tenancy agreements are usually concluded with a notary, which offers both the tenant and the landlord additional security and advantages.

We cannot guarantee that the advertised properties are available at all times, as they are also marketed by other agencies and may have been rented out directly in the meantime.
It is therefore necessary to always check the current availability with us.
3: Rental properties on our website
We keep the rental properties on our website, even if they are temporarily rented out, as they may become available again once the rental contract expires.
This gives you the opportunity to plan for the long term.
4: Agency commission
We charge an agency commission, which usually amounts to one month’s rent and is usually paid by the landlord.

A long-term rental alone is not sufficient to obtain a residence permit in Montenegro. Without this permit, a stay of up to three months is permitted. For longer stays, it is necessary to apply for a residence permit.

As it is not possible for us to keep the prices of all properties up to date at all times, it is possible that the prices stated may no longer correspond to the current status. We ask for your understanding that we are not in a position to contact all landlords on a regular basis in order to request price adjustments for a large number of properties. The current rental prices must therefore be requested individually.
