The very attractively designed house with three outdoor terraces on the three levels – first floor and 2 storeys – is situated in a very quiet location in a cul-de-sac bordering a wooded hill. You can easily reach the sea on foot: It is only about one kilometer away.
The building is surrounded by a well-grown garden (247 m²) with fig and pomegranate trees, citrus fruits and a huge grape pergola, which not only provides you with an abundance of fruit, but also provides delicious shade on three sides of the house. The sea view, together with a light sea breeze, can be enjoyed from the first floor.
