A parking garage is available, but must be paid for separately. The apartments can all be reached by elevator. Air conditioning is installed, underfloor heating in the bathroom and the tiling for the kitchen has already been completed. Kitchens are not installed by the seller, the buyer must select and install them himself. The floor is made of slightly darker wood, skirting boards are fitted everywhere to match the floor.
