Wir sind auf den Immobilienmarkt hier an der Küste Montenegros spezialisiert. Dazu gehört alles, was mit Immobilien zusammenhängt, von der Suche, der Vermittlung und dem Kauf bzw. Bau einer Immobilie, bis hin zur Verwaltung, Vermietung und Pflege
Neujahrsgruss 2026 – ein neues Video ist online
Mit dem Start ins neue Jahr möchten wir euch einen kurzen Ausblick geben – und gleichzeitig auf unser aktuelles Video verweisen, in dem wir auf viele Themen deutlich ausführlicher eingehen.
2025 war für uns und für den Immobilienmarkt in Montenegro ein bewegtes Jahr.
Gesetzesänderungen, Anpassungen und teils auch Rücknahmen haben für Unsicherheit gesorgt, aber auch gezeigt, wie wichtig Erfahrung, Einordnung und realistische Beratung sind. Im Video sprechen wir offen darüber, was sich tatsächlich bewährt hat – und was eher Theorie geblieben ist.
Auch der Immobilienmarkt selbst hat sich weiterentwickelt: stabil, selektiver und insgesamt professioneller. Montenegro bleibt interessant, aber Entscheidungen werden bewusster getroffen. Warum das so ist und welche Tendenzen wir für 2026 sehen, erklären wir ebenfalls direkt im Video.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt sind unsere eigenen Entwicklungen und Partnerschaften. Besonders freuen wir uns über die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Monte i More sowie mit Lutz und Janet, die uns tatkräftig unterstützen und unsere Arbeit in vielen Bereichen bereichern.
Außerdem sprechen wir über unsere Kooperation mit der touristischen Organisation und die positiven Entwicklungen im Norden des Landes – insbesondere in Rožaje. Die Region gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung, sowohl touristisch als auch im Hinblick auf nachhaltige Immobilien- und Standortentwicklung.
Unser Fazit: 2026 bringt neue Chancen – aber vor allem für diejenigen, die mit Klarheit, Geduld und einem starken Netzwerk agieren.
