The plot offered here is located approx. 3 km outside the town of Rožaje. It is approx. 6,000 m² in size and has no connection to electricity or water. Water can be drilled or a water basin can be built and water can be supplied.

As almost everywhere in the region, the scenery here is also fantastically beautiful, with magnificent views of and over the mountain landscapes.
