There are two garages under the house and further parking spaces in front of the house. You can add a floor to the house if you wish.

There are lovingly planted gardens on the property – especially a large number of fruit trees – mandarin, orange, grapefruit, lime, zinzula, fig and olive trees. A large part of the plot is used to grow more vegetables.

At the rear of the property there is a double garage with very high ceilings – it was formerly used as a car repair shop. There is also a kind of open but covered terrace up there.

The house is connected to the municipal water and sewage system.
