The other plots are located above the two forest plots and are free of rocks, bushes or trees. An access road is possible to each plot. As can be seen in the pictures, the road runs alongside the properties.

The residential area is very quiet and well-kept. There are only villas there, which are very well maintained and have lots of greenery around them. You can reach the sea via a footpath in approx. 250m – it is very close. There are virtually 4 rows of houses down in front of the forest plots.

Electricity is available, a Bazen (drinking water basin) must be built for the water supply.

You would have to take the car to go shopping, or plan to walk about 15 minutes to the nearest market. The property is located in the town of Bar, which is very lively all year round and offers all the shopping facilities, restaurants and stores you could possibly need. Podgorica and Tivat – the two airports are approx. 1 hour away from here. Bar itself also has a harbor from which there is a ferry to Italy (Bari-Bar).
