Dream plot of land in Brkanović B4

Brkanović—A dream property of (sorry, I said it wrong in the video) approx. 5,500 m², flat, 2 levels (parcels), few trees, but with an incredibly beautiful panoramic ocean view.
Extremely quiet, no immediate neighbors—and there won’t be any in the future either, because the surrounding land belongs to residents of the small village who don’t want to and won’t sell their plots; they use them for fruit, vegetables, and olive trees and their harvests. So, an unobstructed view, no neighbors.
