In our current update up to August 2025, we give you exciting insights into the last few months – private, business and in relation to the real estate market in Montenegro.

Together, Senad and I talk about many topics that are currently on our minds: the season in Montenegro, this summer’s extreme heat, the annual forest fires and their impact on residents, tourists and investors. These realistic impressions are simply part and parcel of living and working in this fascinating country.

A central point of our conversation is, of course, the topic of real estate in Montenegro. With our agency Immo Monte, we look back on the past few years, the development of our company and the constantly changing market. We show what opportunities are arising, how supply and demand are shifting and which regions are particularly interesting. We also take you to the Rožaje region, which is increasingly becoming the focus of buyers and investors. Exciting projects with great potential are emerging here for anyone considering investing in Montenegro – whether for their own use, for renting out or as an investment.

We also talk about our personal and business journey. Many people wonder why we so rarely publish videos. Some may even think that we are not actively working. Exactly the opposite is the case: we are always there for our customers, accompanying emigrants step by step, supporting them in all matters relating to emigration to Montenegro, investments, company start-ups and, of course, buying real estate. Our everyday life is so busy that we often simply don’t have time for regular content – but our work in the background continues constantly and reliably.

This video is therefore not just a review, but also an outlook: What does the future hold, how will the real estate market develop and what investment opportunities await us in the coming years? We share our assessment and want to give you an honest insight.
