Dubrava lies between Bar and Utjeha. The panoramic sea view is unobstructable and fantastically beautiful.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the plots is approx. 700 m\u00b2 in size, the other approx. 750 m\u00b2. One plot is located at the top directly on the Magistrale &#8211; the coastal road that runs along the entire coast of Montenegro &#8211; and goes slightly down towards the sea. The other plot is a little further down towards the sea and has no connection to the main road at the top.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This area is ideal for building vacation homes, as you can walk to the sea in 1 minute and at the same time have access to the main road &#8211; so the property is easy to find.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Electricity and road connections are available. For water, you would have to build a basin and have water delivered regularly.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The prices for properties so close to the coast are always somewhat higher &#8211; in areas such as Tivat or Kotor, a property so close to the water would be even more expensive, almost unaffordable.
