The small house consists of a first floor and 3 floors. There is a wellness center on the first floor which, together with the hallway, has an area of 63.72 m2. <\/p>\n\n
In the small house there is 1 apartment on each floor and 3 apartments have a total area of 206.85 m2, which together with the first floor gives the total area of the small house of 270.57 m2.<\/p>\n\n
