Problem koji poga\u0111a mnoge vlasnike ku\u0107a i iznajmljiva\u010da je rast bu\u0111i u zgradama, posebno u obalnim podru\u010djima. Ali za\u0161to se ovaj problem posebno \u010desto javlja na crnogorskom primorju? U primorskim regijama vla\u017enost je \u010desto iznad prosjeka. Naro\u010dito u jesen i zimu, kada jaka ki\u0161a i magla pove\u0107avaju vla\u017enost, vlaga lako prodire u zgrade. Ova pove\u0107ana vlaga poti\u010de stvaranje plijesni, posebno u prostorijama koje nisu adekvatno ventilirane ili grijane.   <\/p>\n<h4>2. <strong>Lo\u0161e izolovane zgrade<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Drugi problem je \u010desto lo\u0161 kvalitet izgradnje mnogih nekretnina u Crnoj Gori, posebno starijih objekata. Mnoge ku\u0107e su lo\u0161e izolovane, \u0161to zna\u010di da su podlo\u017ene hladno\u0107i i vlazi. To mo\u017eda nije veliki problem ljeti, ali u hladnijim mjesecima kada vlaga lak\u0161e prodire u zidove mo\u017ee do\u0107i do kondenzacije vlage na hladnim povr\u0161inama. Ova kondenzacija pru\u017ea idealne uslove za rast bu\u0111i.   <\/p>\n<h4>3. <strong>Grijanje na klimu<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>U mnogim ku\u0107ama i stanovima u Crnoj Gori, klima ure\u0111aji se koriste kao primarni izvor grijanja. Iako su sistemi klimatizacije nezamjenjivi u vru\u0107im ljetnim mjesecima, oni ne doprinose nu\u017eno ugodnom \u017eivotnom okru\u017eenju zimi. Iako mnogi klima-ure\u0111aji isu\u0161uju zrak, \u010desto ne zagrijavaju ravnomjerno, stvaraju\u0107i hladna podru\u010dja u prostoriji gdje se vlaga mo\u017ee kondenzirati. Osim toga, kori\u0161tenje klima ure\u0111aja za grijanje \u010desto rezultira manjom ventilacijom, \u0161to pove\u0107ava vla\u017enost u zatvorenim prostorijama.   <\/p>\n<h4>4. <strong>Ki\u0161ni jesenji i zimski mjeseci<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Mjesece od oktobra do marta u Crnoj Gori \u010desto karakteri\u0161e uporna ki\u0161a. Za to vrijeme pada obilna ki\u0161a, posebno na obali, \u0161to uzrokuje daljnji porast vlage. U lo\u0161e izoliranim ku\u0107ama i stanovima vlaga prodire kroz zidove, prozore ili krov i skuplja se na hladnim povr\u0161inama, stvaraju\u0107i savr\u0161enu osnovu za stvaranje plijesni.  <\/p>\n<h4>5. <strong>Su\u0161i ve\u0161 u stanu<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Su\u0161enje mokrog ve\u0161a u zatvorenom prostoru je jo\u0161 jedan uzrok koji se \u010desto zanemaruje. Kada se ve\u0161 oka\u010di u zatvorenom prostoru, zna\u010dajna koli\u010dina vlage se osloba\u0111a u vazduh, pove\u0107avaju\u0107i rizik od rasta bu\u0111i. Naro\u010dito u hladnijim mjesecima, kada je vla\u017enost u ku\u0107ama ve\u0107 ve\u0107a, su\u0161enje rublja u stanu mo\u017ee zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ati sadr\u017eaj vlage.  <\/p>\n<h4>6. <strong>Kuvanje bez aspiratora<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Prilikom kuvanja, vodena para stvara i mnogo vlage, koja ulazi u vazduh. U kuhinjama bez aspiratora ili ako nema redovne ventilacije, ova vlaga se mo\u017ee talo\u017eiti u zidovima i plafonima i izazvati pojavu bu\u0111i. Evo nekih od najefikasnijih rje\u0161enja: <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6f63489 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6f63489\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-cdd96f4\" data-id=\"cdd96f4\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd9e786 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd9e786\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>1. <strong>Pobolj\u0161anje izolacije zgrade<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Jedna od najva\u017enijih mjera za sprje\u010davanje plijesni je dobra izolacija omota\u010da zgrade. U Crnoj Gori, mnoge starije ku\u0107e su lo\u0161e izolovane, \u0161to zna\u010di da vlaga mo\u017ee lako da prodre u zidove. Naknadna izolacija vanjskih zidova, prozora i vrata mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da se zadr\u017ei toplina unutar zgrade i minimizira rizik od kondenzacije. Prozorske okvire i brtve posebno treba provjeriti i zamijeniti ako je potrebno, jer curenja \u010desto slu\u017ee kao ulazna mjesta za vlagu.   <\/p>\n<h4>2. <strong>Redovna i ispravna ventilacija<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Jedna od najjednostavnijih i najefikasnijih mjera za sprje\u010davanje plijesni je redovno prozra\u010divanje. Naro\u010dito u vla\u017enim mjesecima, va\u017eno je adekvatno provjetravati unutra\u0161nje prostore kako bi se smanjila vla\u017enost. Preporu\u010duje se provjetravanje pet do deset minuta nekoliko puta dnevno. Prozore treba \u0161irom otvoriti kako bi se zrak mogao razmjenjivati. Prostoriju tako\u0111er treba dobro provjetriti nakon tu\u0161iranja ili kuhanja, jer ove aktivnosti zna\u010dajno pove\u0107avaju vla\u017enost u prostoriji.    <\/p>\n<h4>3. <strong>Kontrolirano grijanje<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Da biste izbjegli razvoj plijesni, sobnu temperaturu treba odr\u017eavati ujedna\u010denom. Hladni uglovi ili podru\u010dja u kojima temperatura zna\u010dajno pada posebno su podlo\u017eni kondenzaciji. Ako se klima ure\u0111aji koriste kao izvor grijanja, treba voditi ra\u010duna o tome da oni ravnomjerno zagrijavaju prostorije. Dobra alternativa su infracrveni grija\u010di ili radijatori, koji osiguravaju ravnomjernu distribuciju topline u prostoriji.   <\/p>\n<h4>4. <strong>Odvla\u017eivanje vazduha<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>U posebno vla\u017enim podru\u010djima mo\u017ee imati smisla koristiti odvla\u017eiva\u010de zraka. Ovi ure\u0111aji izvla\u010de vlagu iz vazduha, spre\u010davaju\u0107i da se vlaga talo\u017ei u zidovima ili drugim hladnim povr\u0161inama. Upotreba odvla\u017eiva\u010da vazduha mo\u017ee biti efikasna mjera, posebno u jesenjim i zimskim mjesecima, kada je vlaga u Crnoj Gori posebno visoka.  <\/p>\n<h4>5. <strong>Konstruktivne mjere protiv vlage<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Osim izolacije omota\u010da zgrade, druge strukturalne mjere tako\u0111er mogu pomo\u0107i u sprje\u010davanju plijesni. Pravilno brtvljenje krova, zidova podruma i temelja mo\u017ee sprije\u010diti prodiranje vlage u ku\u0107u izvana. Ugradnja ventilacijskih sistema koji osiguravaju kontinuiranu razmjenu zraka tako\u0111er mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u odr\u017eavanju suhog zraka u zatvorenom prostoru.  <\/p>\n<h4>6. <strong>Ne su\u0161ite mokri ve\u0161 u stanu<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u010cesto potcijenjen faktor koji pove\u0107ava vla\u017enost u zatvorenom prostoru je su\u0161enje mokrog rublja u stanu. Iako to mo\u017ee biti manji problem ljeti s otvorenim prozorima, mo\u017ee postati pravi problem vlage u vla\u017enim jesenjim i zimskim mjesecima. Kada se rublje su\u0161i, ispu\u0161ta mnogo vlage u zrak prostorije, \u0161to zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ava rizik od stvaranja plijesni. Stoga je preporu\u010dljivo koristiti sljede\u0107e alternative:   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Koristite ma\u0161inu za su\u0161enje ve\u0161a<\/strong> : Ako je dostupna ma\u0161ina za su\u0161enje ve\u0161a, trebalo bi je koristiti za uklanjanje vlage iz ve\u0161a direktno bez dopu\u0161tanja da ona u\u0111e u vazduh prostorije.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Su\u0161i ve\u0161 napolju<\/strong> : Kad god je mogu\u0107e, ve\u0161 treba su\u0161iti napolju. Time se sprje\u010dava stvaranje vlage u stambenim prostorima. Rublje se tako\u0111er mo\u017ee lako su\u0161iti u natkrivenim vanjskim prostorima kao \u0161to su balkoni ili terase.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>7. <strong>Koristite napu za kuhanje<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Kuvanje tako\u0111er proizvodi zna\u010dajnu koli\u010dinu vlage koja se osloba\u0111a u zrak. Vla\u017enost se mo\u017ee brzo pove\u0107ati, posebno u zatvorenim kuhinjama, \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do kondenzacije na hladnim zidovima ili prozorima. Da biste to sprije\u010dili, svakako treba koristiti napu. Ovo ne samo da usisava isparenja od kuvanja, ve\u0107 i smanjuje koli\u010dinu vlage koja ulazi u vazduh u prostoriji. Va\u017eno je da se aspirator ventilira prema van i redovno \u010disti kako bi se osigurala njegova efikasnost.    <\/p>\n<h4>8. <strong>Koristite sisteme za klimatizaciju sa funkcijom su\u0161enja<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Mnogi moderni klima ure\u0111aji imaju ugra\u0111enu <strong>funkciju su\u0161enja<\/strong> koja je posebno dizajnirana za uklanjanje vi\u0161ka vlage iz zraka. Ova funkcija se mo\u017ee i treba redovno koristiti, posebno tokom mjeseci visoke vla\u017enosti. Kori\u0161tenjem funkcije su\u0161enja, zrak se odvla\u017euje bez zna\u010dajnog utjecaja na sobnu temperaturu.
